Just 3 min from Automotodrom Grobnik,15 min driving from Rijeka and 5 min from highway.It is whole house - in the based floor is gym with toilet and game room with billard then there is loft on the first and second floor with inside stairs from living room coming to second floor where are 3 bedrooms and bathroom. In the first floor is living room,terrace,dinning room n balcony,kitchen,bathroom.
