We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. It is located under Učka nature park in the quiet place of Kožljak where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hillside while having a barbecue with family and friends. The nearest walk in nature is right at your doorstep. A short hike will lead you to Kožljak castle or famous Drunken railway. The distance to the first beach Plomin luka is 6km, the tourist town of Rabac 17km and leatle peace of paradise Brseč beach is just 16km away.

Stone House "Bukaleta 1" with pool in Istria

Stone house is located in the small village of Čepić. Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car. 15 minutes from city Labin by car. 3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool is not shared with others. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Our house is situated in small VILLAGE in central Istria. We are not in a city or by seaside. Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.

Brand new apartment, first row to the sea in the small fishing village of Plomin Luka. It is located on the first floor. It consists: kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace with an stunning sea view. The apartment has its own parking space located next to the entrance of the building. The first beach, popularly called Copacabana, is only 200 m away.
