On the ground floor there is a bedroom,a living room, an equipped kitchen,laundry room,and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the beautifull garden you can spend your time sunbathing or enjoy by the pool. Villa also has a covered summer kitchen that offers a TV.

In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

Stone house is located in the small village of Čepić. Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car. 15 minutes from city Labin by car. 3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool is not shared with others. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.
