Vrsar is a small coastal town on the west coast of Istria that has lovely beaches, wonderful coastline and great cousine and provides many tourist activities and cultural and sporting opportunities.

A genuine house in a genuine old fishing village in Istria/Croatia. There is a nice roof terass with view over the roofs and the Adriatic sea. Istria It,s the most beautiful part of Croatia, similar Toscana but like it was before and moore genuine. It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

Nekoliko minuta pješke nalazi se plaža, marina, pekara, trgovina, autobusna stanica, restorani i slični sadržaji. U istoj kući imamo još jedan apartman za 4 osobe, također na novo renoviran te tako možemo primiti 8 osoba sve ukupno

Quiet and sweet house Vrsar (garden +parking)

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

Costa Deluxe by Briskva

Costa Deluxe is a modern appartment for two persons with a jacuzzi in Funtana. The flat is located in a building with two other accommodations, each unit is completely separate and has a separate entrance, and the accommodations are rented exclusively separately. Costa Deluxe is located on the first floor and has a spacious terrace with jacuzzi, pergola, garden furniture and sun loungers.
