This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Peaceful location with a lovely view overlooking Kingston Beach and the Derwent River. 15 minutes from the City and can be a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants and shops. This flat is separate from the house, is cosy safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay in the area. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

The rural paradise of Sandford is 30min from the centre of Hobart, 10 minutes slow drive to the surfer’s oasis of Clifton Beach and 20 minutes to magical Opossum Bay with boating, fishing and delicious fish ‘n’ chips. Biking, walking and horse riding are popular activities in the area as well.
