Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

Eagle's Nest - Connect with the Soul of the Coast

300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
