Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Cottage by the Neuse River

There is access to the river and shared beach on the property. Kayak and paddle boards available to use after signing a 'release form'. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or have a bonfire at night on the beach and watch the moon rise. Please be aware that broken glass can wash up from the river, so bring water shoes. The river is approximately 150 yard walk down a mild sloping yard.
