This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! HUNTERS: 75 wooded acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Pack up your fav food, ingredients n bevs for your friends n family. A new huge kitchen w/ all u would ever need to cook some great meals awaits you. A beautiful deck surrounds 1/2 the cabin/chalet and have the table set or cook on the grill while enjoying the sunset down on the NY /PA mountains. In the evening put a few logs in the wood burning stove and relax to the variety of streaming options on TV. I've made sure to have all the comforts of home here! Note ** Shed on prop is private

Just an hour drive to the New York Finger Lakes Region hosting some of the best wineries in the Northeast.

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

East on West is a peaceful, guest suite on a quiet street in the heart of Mansfield, PA. Our town is at the cross-section of Routes 15 and 6 with easy drives to beautiful Wellsboro (18 min.), Corning, NY (32 min.), Watkins Glen (55 min.), and Williamsport (45 min.). We are a few blocks from Mansfield University, coffee shops, and antique shops.

Our mini efficiency apartment is in a very rural setting and is perfect for a couple on the go or for a single. It is attached to the main house and has a private entrance on our side porch. Close to the PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Leonard Harrison State Park. Close proximity to hunting game lands, fishing, and beautiful scenery.
