This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Pack up your fav food, ingredients n bevs for your friends n family. A new huge kitchen w/ all u would ever need to cook some great meals awaits you. A beautiful new deck surrounds 1/2 the cabin/chalet and have the table set or cook on the grill while enjoying the sunset down on the NY /PA mountains. In the evening put a few logs in the wood burning stove and relax to the variety of streaming options on TV. I've made sure to have all the comforts of home here! Note ** Shed on prop is private

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Pet friendly, air conditioned cabin with private fish pond (catch and release). Swimming is allowed (at your own risk). Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Crystal View Cabin is a one of a kind hand built cabin overlooking Corning, NY "the crystal city" It has the most incredible views in upstate NY It sits on over 115 acres of private land with over 5 miles of hiking trails. The outdoor space is expansive with a fire pit and entertaining area that is truly amazing. You are minutes from downtown Corning but secluded and off the grid. The cabin is powered by its on remote start generator and has all the comforts of home.

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!

East on West is a peaceful, guest suite on a quiet street in the heart of Mansfield, PA. Our town is at the cross-section of Routes 15 and 6 with easy drives to beautiful Wellsboro (18 min.), Corning, NY (32 min.), Watkins Glen (55 min.), and Williamsport (45 min.). We are a few blocks from Mansfield University, coffee shops, and antique shops.
