We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Enjoy our forest in cabin w/queen bed near creek w/electricity, lights, portable heater, hammock, picnic table, fire pit w/grill, BBQ& chairs. A short walk uphill 2 outdoor hot water on demand private shower & toilet. Well water from sink & spiquot drinkable. No firewood can come in b/c of invasive species so we sell bundles on porch. Park next to cabin. Near Ithaca, Watkins Glen, State Parks- Treman, Buttermilk, Taughannock & Watkins Glen & 60 wineries/breweries around Lakes Seneca & Cayuga.

Country Lodge: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Views

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Welcome to our Guest house.(Klines Cottage) Our Guest House is the perfect place for 2 or a family of 4. If your 2 adults looking to explore the Finger Lakes. This is the place to stay. With the wine trail at your finger tips. If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.

This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

Forestasaurus Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. The site also has a fire pit with seating for relaxing. See “other details to note”

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
