Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. The villa has spacious living room, kitchen and a newly built sauna. On the first floor are three en suite bathrooms and rooms with balconies. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem.
