A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

Screened-in porch that overlooks a lake-sized pond.

Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
