Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Kitchen equipped with Bosch dishwasher, big new frig and everything you might need to make a family dinner or a romantic batch of popcorn. Grocery store within walking distance.

This 1st floor only rental houses 6 adults with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living & dining rooms, wifi, & smart TVs. Master has a king bed, smart tv & desk. 2nd bedroom has 2 queens beds. Baths are not ensuite. *No Pets* For an extra $125/day the 2nd story 3rd bedroom suite with full bath is available for groups of 7-8. We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.

The Swell House

The oceanfront Devil’s Punchbowl Park is only two blocks away, and provides direct access to the beach via a wooden staircase. This is a one open room suite. There is a queen bed and queen hid-a-bed with bath and "kitchen" area that includes bar sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a balcony out front to ocean and people watch. This beautiful suite is on the second floor with staircase entry. There are ocean views from all but one window that will give you a view of the sunrise each morning.
