2 miles away from university Blvd with easy access to everything from this centrally located place.This is a cozy stylish property, walking distance to restaurants, and shopping centers to enjoy, Central location near UCF about to 3.5 mi, about 3 mi to full sail, about 5.5 mi to Park AVE at Winter Park, where a lot of geat family activities and nice festivals happen. The property is about 7 mi to downtown Orlando, about 35 min to Disney, about 25 min to Universal studios, about 11 mi to airport.

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. It boasts lots of windows with a view. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a table for 2-4, a kitchenette with Keurig, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a tall claw foot bathtub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.
