Self-contained 1 bedroom apartment, centrally located in Mt Albert with easy access to motorways, public transport. Only a few stops to Eden Park, and a direct bus to Mt Smart. The studio is above our garage. Our family live in the house in front with a friendly Labrador (she is very friendly but if you don’t like dogs then this won’t suit) There is a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster but no other cooking facilities. Lots of restaurants nearby! TV is Chromecast only. Parking on the street

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located private room with double bed and ensuite. With external access, and onsite parking. Equipped with fridge and basic cooking appliances including kettle, toaster, and microwave, you also have access to the 4 burner BBQ with single gas cooking hob. Close to city bus routes and Mt Albert train station, getting to Eden Park events is a breeze. Enjoy local Thai and various other eateries in the village strip, before indulging in the warm spa.

A Home away from Home

Welcome to our private studio in a lovely tree lined street in Mt Albert, as is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, or long term stay. Situated 20 mins from Auckland Airport We are a flat 5 minutes short walk to the train station where you can go to Eden Park or continue on the train into the CBD of Auckland. Bus stops are 3 minutes walk. We are very close to Chamberlain Park if you like golf Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants.

Private and central.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.
