Welcome to our guest house! Located on the lower lot of our property, this brand new, 800 square foot home has everything you need to enjoy our charming mountain town. This custom tiny chateau has lots of windows to take in big mountain views and was built with local and resourced materials. You can step out the door onto the River Walk system (only two blocks to the San Juan River) or enjoy a quarter mile stroll on paved sidewalk to our world famous hot springs and the heart of our downtown.

Nestled at the feet of the San Juan Mountains, surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest, less than a 10 minute drive to Pagosa Springs.

The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

For those looking to work remotely, we have the fastest internet in town!
