Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Minutes from multiple pristine beaches. A private space with insect screened outdoor recreation area complete with kitchenette; small gas oven, cook top, fridge, sink and bench space. Your private bathroom 10 meters from the dome. Cosy fireplace, lovely views from the bay window and a skylight in the ceiling.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

Located in a quiet court, walking distance to supermarket, shops and Club Iluka (bowling club). Its just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay and playground. Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!
