The apartment is 1 side of a duplex that was recently renovated. It is about 900 sq feet. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless entry/code pad. The apartment has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in other room & a fold down futon couch.
