The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

The Bear Cave log Cabin is secluded with a hiking trail connecting to North Point County Park that leads to the beach. The Van Buren State Park beach/campground access is 0.5 miles away. The Fields General Store is right next door. The Cabin is located 3 miles from the city of South Haven.
