After enjoying the pleasures that San Luis Obispo County has to offer, whether it’s wine tasting, Hearst Castle, or amazing coastline, this comfortable one bedroom offers a central location and so many options for a relaxing evening. Take a leisurely stroll to the owner’s tasting room on 12th St. downtown for a complimentary wine tasting of Bushong Vintage Company’s award winning wines. Enjoy a quiet home cooked meal or barbeque on the covered deck while watching deer graze. Or walk to the Paso Robles square for a memorable fine dining experience. This cozy hideaway can easily host up to four people in comfort on the memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the American Leather fold out sofa with a Temperpedic mattress. It is conveniently located close to the Mid-State fairgrounds, six blocks from the grocery store, and nine easily walkable blocks from beautiful downtown, which offers wine tasting, dining, and shopping. We have an excellent hosting history and look forward to hosting you for your Paso Robles adventure. Take a stroll to the owner’s tasting room on 12th St. downtown for a complimentary tasting of Bushong Vintage Company’s award-winning wines. As well as fine dining, San Luis Obispo offers an amazing coastline, along with the famous Hearst Castle. We love pets, but if you'd like to bring yours with you, please note that there is not a fenced yard at the Hideaway and we ask that you don't leave your pet unattended in the house while your are not there. We also ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture.

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished
