Arch Acres

Located on a gravel road in rural Minnesota, this peaceful and cozy guesthouse has two bedrooms, an ADA accessible main floor and bathroom, full kitchen, full laundry, and country views. We are located approximately 15 minutes from Litchfield, Kimball, Dassel/Darwin, and more. We have plenty of parking if you have a trailer, camper, or boat. Fruit trees and raspberries for seasonal snacking. Since we live in an agricultural area, you maybe experience bugs at different times of the year.

I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

NEW Lake house on Nest Lake with a gorgeous view!!

Brand new family vacation lake house on the east shore of Nest Lake. Whether jumping off the dock, kayaking around the islands, casting a line to catch that trophy fish, or lounging on the patio, you will have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun during your stay! Spend the evening grilling up your catch, admiring the sunsets, and playing a few games on the pool table. This lake house has fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! Master suite includes private second-level deck. Easy access to fishing, 10 mile bike/walking path.
