We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

Lakefront bungalow suite - fishing & wildlife!

Stay in our Lakeside Bungalow guest house, which has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay—lake views, king size bed, Smart TV, private patio w/ firepit, & more. Enjoy fishing, paddle boating, & wildlife watching. We often see turtles, deer, great blue herons, geese, frogs, fish, & fireflies⚡️. Guest house shares one wall (kitchen wall) with main house. 2 friendly Pomeranians on site. A secluded nature getaway but still close to all conveniences! 10-15 mins away from Target, Walmart, etc

East Atlanta, Inman Park, Candler Park, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, Grant Park, Edgewood, and Decatur neighborhoods are all within 5-15min away. This tiny house has so much to offer. Lots of light & vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, washer/dryer, luxury linens, outdoor patio space with fire pit. Plenty of room for work and play. Perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stays

Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Hogansville Carriage House, Clean and Comfy

Newly renovated Carriage House in Historic Downtown Hogansville. Just a short drive from Newnan, Hogansville is located about 2 miles from Interstate 85. This location is 15 minutes from downtown Lagrange, and 45 minutes from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. The Carriage house is private and tucked away behind the Victorian style main house. It has a large yard and private entrance. Home of the famous Hummingbird Festival, Hogansville is a must see!

The Great Little Orchard with mini trail

This piece of the pie sits on a 3.14 acre homestead just south of Atlanta. The cottage is a cozy little spot nestled between hardwoods and a postcard orchard behind our main house. Enjoy a backyard fire, have a picnic, party it up in the game room. Take a self-guided tour around the Fruit Loop and stretch your soul walking our Great Little Trail. Close to the airport, Echopark Speedway, downtown Fayetteville, and within an hour of all major attractions.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Situated at the back of 0.5 acre wooded lot, this newly renovated, modern spa studio is a second story 400 sq ft suite behind a private home. High end amenities such as a King Bed, Spa shower, soaker tub, and sit/stand desk. Located on a private dead-end street in the middle of the woods, you will be able to enjoy all the feels of a North Georgia mountain getaway, while still being only 18 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
