This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

It has a queen-sized bed with en-suite full bathroom, a full-size futon sleeper in the living room, a full kitchen, and a small private patio. With it's central location in Carlsbad, it is perfect for guests who want to visit the Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and many other fun activities in Carlsbad and surrounding areas. It's close to the best restaurants in town, and the grocery store!

Welcome to Shangri-La! A unique, private, and magical setting right in the middle of Cloudcroft. Almost half a fenced acre where you can wander the grounds, enjoy the fire pit, read in the cozy separate office, or grill on the barbecue. Within walking distance of the Lodge and golf course, or the Village boardwalk for shopping. Lots of personal touches! And if you watch for fairies, birds, or other forest creatures, they are all close by! Hot plate, fridge, and microwave provided.

The Little House

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Enjoy the beauty of country living, with the convenience of the town of Canyon just 11 miles away.

Peaceful Hermitage

(No pets) Choose silence, solitude in our 12'x14' AIR CONDITIONED furnished hut, with a picture window view of Mesa; bed, desk, rocking chair, kitchenette. (1 guest only) and Wi-Fi. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)

La Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

The Bunk House

A sweet slice of the Country in an Adobe guesthouse. Recently updated, a comfortable place to rest and regenerate. Quiet, peaceful, a private adobe studio. Property is a short drive from the center of Roswell. Dedicated off street parking. Pecan orchards, horses, alfalfa fields and beautiful sunsets abound. Located close to Bottomless Lakes, Bitter Lakes and Lake Van.

Casita Encantador~Historic Eastside

We are located in the beautiful Santa Fe Historical East side district, a 15 minute walk along the Santa Fe River to Canyon Road restaurants and art galleries, a 5 minute drive (and 40 minute walk) to the Plaza. Casita Encantador is in a unique part of Santa Fe, nestled directly above the Santa Fe River providing a lush view of Sun and Moon Mountain.

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
