Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
