Welcome to CDA! This furnished basement has all the amenities and more for a vacation to this beautiful town while feeling right at home in your own space. Our guest suite is perfectly situated between Hayden Lake, the Canfield trail system and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Come and go as you please to make the most of your stay here in northern Idaho.

There’s plenty of room in this 4bedroom/2bath for your entire crew. Large private fenced backyard, pet-friendly. The backyard also has a small fire pit and trampoline. I love to restore vintage furniture and so you will see some unique antique pieces in this home. As an RN, cleanliness and my priority is to maintain a safe and clean home for my guests. Everything in this home has been newly painted and comes with new linens, towels and mattresses. The carpet is newly replaced.

Hiking trails, huckleberry picking, fishing, firepit, Hiawatha Bike Trail, bird watching, wild turkeys even flying squirrels. In winter we are adjacent to miles of snowmobile and cross country ski trails or skiing at Lookout Pass Ski Area.
