Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.
