This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

A on Thirty Acres, Township of Branch

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Two bedroom home with queen beds and queen pull out in the living room. Single bath w/shower. The home features central air/heat, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV's w/ Roku streaming. Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Entire 3-story unit on Pentwater Lake, right on the water's edge ONE mile to town! Direct Lake MI access. Bring your boat and enjoy the 40' dock! Walk out to the firepit area, enjoy the upper deck for views or cooking out on the gas grill. Three bedrooms w/queens, three queen sofa sleepers, 2 1/2 baths. The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

Welcome to The Riverbend Retreat! A Paddler & Angler's paradise! Escape to 6 private acres on a scenic stretch of the Pere Marquette River. Enjoy close proximity to canoe rentals, fishing outfitters, hiking & great food! Explore the trails and waters of Huron-Manistee National Forest or sit and watch the sun glisten off of the water from the riverside fire pit. North Country Trailhead just 5 min west! Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Private, luxury, secluded, spacious yurt on 20 private acres to explore near Baldwin & the Pere Marquette River. Features 2 bedrooms separated by curtains, full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. 3-foot dome for star gazing, heated private bathhouse with shower, sink and toilet. Make memories and s'mores with a roaring campfire in our fire pit, under the star filled sky. Perfect glamping and peaceful nature getaways.

"Sailing" Cabin #1, Pentwater Lake

"Sailing" is roughly 400 square feet with an open floor plan and sleeps 6, between the double bed, bunk beds, and sofa sleeper. The living room features a sofa, chairs, and flat screen smart tv. The cabin has an updated bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The rental also provides access to paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, as available. The cabin sits on a couple of wooded acres on the lake, providing waterfront and woods with plenty to do.
