Welcome to our country retreat 1/2 mile from I-65. Stay for a night during a road trip or a little longer and enjoy the area. Visit the Poarch Creek museum or casino at Exit 57. We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. Across the street is The Warehouse Market & Bakery, so you can grab some cinnamon rolls and groceries. Splash pad, parks, shopping & more in the town of Atmore (6 miles).

It's a few minutes off I-10, 15 minutes to Fairhope, 15 minutes to Downtown Mobile, 45 min. to Pensacola, 55 minutes to Gulf Shores. The condo complex is right on the bay. You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. A full kitchen, complete coffee bar, delicious snacks, King size lush bed, a desk and a huge bathtub for a nice soak. Happy travels!

Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.
