Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Right in the heart of Eumundi is this beautifully bright self contained studio space that opens up to the private outdoor dinning and BBQ area leading to the shared pool and garden space, with its own entry and driveway that allows you all the privacy you need. Just a 20min drive to Noosa's main beach, 25min drive from Sunny coast airport, and a 3 min walk to the famous Eumundi markets and imperial hotel. This little gem has got you covered from a short to a long hinterland stay.

Luxury Retreat: Ocean views & direct beach access

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Our 2 bedroom guest house with views onto the pool and hinterland views is ideally located. Enjoy a short 300m stroll to Peregian Village for eclectic shops and cafes or the patrolled beach and park. The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.
