Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Clean and cozy, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and two sofa sleepers which make it a great spot for a couple or a family of four. We're only fifteen minutes to Mt. Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.

Come to a cozy mtn getaway (private separate entrance apt within the host's home) nestled in the foothills of the Mahoosuc Range with a view of the White Mtns. In winter, enjoy the hot tub aprés ski, and in warm months enjoy the shaded patio or the apt's naturally cool interior. Outdoor & dining destinations are within as few as ten minutes. Since there is no traditional oven or stove, guests are welcome to safely use their own portable grill on the patio.
