A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Be one with nature. Sitting just up the hill from our mini donkeys and our 4 adorable boy alpacas.

Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.

The 'Classic King' at Sunrise Landing has a king bed in a simple, yet cozy studio space. Featuring vintage tongue and groove cedar walls, a sitting area, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV, and, of course, sits just a step away from a great view of the sun rising over our private beach on lake Michigan.
