Welcome to Casa Querencia — a beautifully designed Italian retreat in the medieval village of Colledimezzo, overlooking Il Lago di Bomba. This lovingly restored stone home offers something rare: panoramic lake and mountain views from every room. Blending historic charm with modern design, it features four sleeping spaces, a bright open layout, a new kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace for outdoor living , creating a space that feels stunning and deeply comfortable. 'Not an accommodation but a house to stay in.' This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Rilassati con la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. In aperta campagna solo il cinquettio degli uccelli e il gracchiare dei grilli. Adatto per chi vuole rilassarsi e non stare nel traffico della città. Animali ammessi ma nelle vicinanze ci sono altri appartamenti con altri ospiti.
