Our minimalist studio has: - a queen bed, - full kitchen, - living room with work desk, sofa & coffee table, - bathroom with rain shower, - Smart TV with Netflix and bluetooth speaker - and private balcony The unit is one of 8 at the Botanist Lab. Guests will also have access to a shared kitchen, coworking area & washer/dryer.

The staircase is a bit narrow, but we’re always happy to help with your luggage.

Spacious and bright loft studio on the 2nd floor walk up house tucked in a quiet alley in Phu Nhuan district, in Phan Xich Long foodie area. It has a small balcony. This location is central to district 1, 3, 5, and the airport (10mins), the train station. The house has 4 different apartments and sharing the washer and dryer in the parking area. This is a walk-up, and we do not have staff to help with luggage. Early luggage drop off and motorbike parking is free, but we aren't responsible.
