Spend the day on the private beach or kayaking the lake, then enjoy sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake. 40 min to Grand Rapids for a day trip. 10 min to nearest city with all amenities including grocery, restaurants, movie theater, shopping & more. The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
