Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful downtown Tempe guest house. Enjoy 10% off for stays of a week or more and 20% for stays over 28 days. It's walking distance to Mill Avenue shops and restaurants, and ASU. Park off street and access through your own entrance. The kitchen has a two hob induction stovetop and a microwave convection oven combo if you want to eat in. A private patio with a gas grill is also available for your use. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer for all the comforts of home.

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.
