Two master bedrooms each with a queen and a twin bed and two other bedrooms with two twin beds. Comfortable for eight people but room for 10! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, 60 inch TV, hot tub and ping pong table for after golf! Washer/dryer on premises. Enjoy this immaculate home for your next trip to Pinehurst. The Mulligan House is located in the middle of Golf Country. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 8 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything.
