You'll stay in a safe and quiet family neighborhood, two blocks from coffee, restaurants, and vintage shopping in adorable downtown Tipp City. Upstairs, there's a queen bed and two twins. Downstairs, a futon converts to a full-size bed. Note: We are close to the train! It's charming, but if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to choose another spot.

We designed our cottage as a place to find rest, peace and restoration. Your cozy retreat awaits at Lake Loramie next to the state park. Start your mornings sipping coffee or tea outside and then take a walk around the picturesque lake or find your own fishing spot. Kayaks are available to rent nearby. Relax in the hammocks or sit around a campfire. In the colder season, cozy up to the electric fireplace, work on a puzzle, play games, read or watch a movie. We hope you find restoration here.

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

You’ll love our place because of the location, situated beside the Little Miami River, a state and national scenic river and Glen Helen nature preserve. Our place includes the use of two kayaks, a canoe, fire pit and grill. We also supply everything you need for these fun activities.
