The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts for experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front 🚪. We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈‍⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Historic Sunporch Suite

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

You’ll enjoy easy access to everything staying in the heart of Mt. Lebanon. Easy T ride to Acrisure. Free off street parking. We’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, parks, the public swimming pool & tennis courts, farmer’s market, and public transportation (bus and T). Our private guest suite is comfortable & clean. With a queen bed and sofa bed, it comfortably sleeps three guests. It includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker (drip), & kettle; no full kitchen.

The Maple Jazz - Private Entrance Apartment

Brand new construction! Enjoy this retreat designed by Salt & Lock Interiors. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely private with no shared areas with the apt unit above. Access requires walking down stairs. Kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom for two. The Maple Jazz is a perfect home base for those going Downtown, The Strip. Walking distance from East Liberty, Pittsburgh's second downtown, and steps away from Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s.

Cozy Carnegie Guest Suite

Welcome to our cozy Carnegie guest suite. Our spot is conveniently located between Pittsburgh International Airport and downtown Pittsburgh. We're a one-minute walk to Carnegie Station, which can take you by bus into downtown Pittsburgh in 15-20 minutes, and walking distance to Carnegie's main street. The private guest suite includes a spacious bathroom, cute kitchenette, and bedroom/living room area. Dedicated parking spot and private entrance through shared backyard.

PRIVATE MINI STUDIO (D1)

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

Sunny Friendship "Treehouse" 2 story / 1BD gem

Friendship Treehouse: Walking distance to 3 hospitals, our private, 2 story apartment w/ separate entry is steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, art galleries & major bus lines. Located on a quiet tree-lined street in the aptly named Friendship area, we are an easy commute to Pitt & CMU. Our apartment is perfect for all of your travel & work needs. Suited for solo travelers, couples, and business travelers.

Observatory Lodge

Observatory Lodge is our family's guest home in Pittsburgh's Northside. Scenic views, old trees and quiet nights are only a short drive (or bus ride) from museums, staduims, and the downtown cultural district. The Observatory in Riverview Park is a hidden gem within a mile's walk. The first floor is reserved for visiting family & friends, the second floor is an independent 3 bedroom flat prepared for travelers like you.

This lovely and cozy one-bedroom guest suite is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood in the heart of squirrel hill. The suite is fully renovated with welcome color and modern furniture. The suite has a private entrance. There are shared laundry facilities for our guests. Our high quality bedding ensures you have a nice rest after a busy day. It is only minutes from nearby restaurants. Very close to Pitt and CMU.
