Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

In the main room, a 65 inch TV, and 43 inch in the cozy bedroom. Located just minutes from Grass Valley/Nevada City and the beautiful downtown Auburn. 15 minutes off HWY 80 and just over an hour to Truckee and Tahoe! Laundry room available, parking at unit, seating area outside.

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
