Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Unwind at this art-filled, newly renovated townhouse minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Two king bedrooms with smart TVs make for a great getaway for two couples or a small family. Outside, relax in the barrel sauna, cold plunge, and stock tank pool, gather around the fire pit, and unwind under the string lights after a night exploring Kansas City. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay just minutes from downtown, the stadiums, and some of the city’s best restaurants.

Your family will be close to everything, only a minute away from the Dodge expressway. 4 bedrooms (one with 2 Full beds) sleeps 10 comfortably, 12 with air mattress provided. Heated pool gives you a great oasis (open approximately May 24- September 30). The living room, eat-in kitchen, bar, kitchenette and downstairs theatre room are great gathering areas. This is a great home for families. NO PARTIES ALLOWED and being respectful of neighbors is requested.

You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Step into the serenity of trees and sky. The yurt has been crafted to relax and refresh you with comfort and convenience and the simple joys of peaceful proximity to nature. The round common room has a kitchenette, queen-size bed, table, chairs, and a futon which opens out to a double bed. A shower room completes the setting. And now no additional cleaning fee!. also, the water is from our deep well: tested, certified.... And delicious!
