This unique property is in a half condominium and a half resort. You can use the beach, garden side pool, lawn chairs, gym as described on Airbnb. The resort charges a one time fee for each person of 100 pesos or $5 for use of their facilities if you want to join in the activities. They have many food and drink packages. It always your option. Also there are many markets and restaurants near by or cook in the fully equipped kitchenette. I live here and I will be here for you through your stay

The studio is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the barbecue, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening ;)
