The Tippah Treehouse …is a 400-square foot efficiency apartment in trendy Plaza Midwood. Surrounded by the kind of towering trees that help define the coveted neighborhood, the apartment is just a few steps from the tennis court in beautiful Midwood Park and only a lovely 1-mile walk away from the popular — for good reason — restaurants, breweries, and shops along Central Avenue. Pet friendly; the Treehouse has its own fenced-in seperate entrance. Experience this peaceful retreat.

Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

Dove’s Palette

Cozy studio apartment above detached garage, located 1.2 miles from the heart of Plaza Midwood. Close to the city center, parks, and public transport. Full kitchen and washer/dryer inside unit. There is a work station, Wi-Fi and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and Hulu. We have a Bluetooth speaker available to play your favorite tunes while enjoying the view of the beautiful trees out of the French doors leading to the second story back deck.

Keswick Retreat; a quiet & zen modern flat

There are three other flats on site, Keswick Loft, Keswick Studio, and Keswick Tiny House. You can find them by zooming into the map at the Suite's location. Keswick Retreat is a serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.
