Welcome to our Not So Tiny House where you can experience Tiny House Living with all the comforts of home. Relax in our unique newly built timber frame house loaded with plenty amenities. Nestled in our beautiful front garden next to our special Yellowwood tree. It is super close to family style restaurants, shops and a few minutes’ drive to the Constantia Wine Route, beautiful Table Mountain National Park and endless green belts to Cycle, Run or Hike. Beaches are within short driving distance.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Separate entrance , attached to the house where I live. Private patio & back garden with private pool and portable braai. Closed combustion wood burning fireplace. Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Private and comfortable apartment

My place is midway between Muizenberg and the City center. Public transport options are numerous: train, bus and taxi and of course Uber will get you anywhere! I offer a perfect spot that positions you between the City and V&A Waterfront (leading to the colder seas of Sea Point and Camps Bay areas) and the warm beach front (Muizenberg, Kalk Bay etc.) The apartment has a separate and completely private entrance and includes a small private garden with an outdoor dining area. Enjoy!

A private quiet self catering cottage in leafy garden with a flower-filled patio and covered parking. Laundry and barbecue facilities. Refrigerator, microwave, thermofan oven, induction hotplate, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan. Dish cloths, crockery and kitchen utensils. Internet and satellite TV included. Aircon and heating. Bathroom has hair dryer and shaver socket. Easy access to Cape Town and walking distance to coffee shop/restaurants, hairdresser and beauty salon.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.

Faraway Urban Oasis; relax, entertain & snuggle.

Like a tropical paradise. It’s got all the amenities of a modern home with delightful arts and crafts touches and a sun-drenched garden with a full-size pool. There’s a spacious eat-in kitchen and lounge as well as two medium-size bedrooms with comfortable en-suite bathrooms. Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

Separate entrance into private garden apartment. Spacious double bedroom with two single beds OR a King size by request, Full DSTV package and WIFI. En suite toilet/shower & basin. There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.

It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
