You'll find smart TVs in all bedrooms, living and rec rooms, plus heated toilet seats in baths, a private EV charger, and a PlayStation 5 with 85" TV. Conveniences include underground parking (fee if used) coffee shop, hot tubs, sauna and workout areas are all downstairs. Pool/water slide (for fee) next door.
