Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Magical Sunset” apartment can address your needs… This is an 80m2 penthouse apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one triple), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea view. Open your 3 glass sliding doors and turn your terrace into a part of your living space! The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 5 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The first bathroom has an enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartment is away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are located in a great spot serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. We provide beach lounge Chair, that will allow you the relaxation and comfort on the beach for sunbathing or for an evening sunset at the edge of the sea. We also have parasol to enjoy the beach and keep the sun away. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Guests have at their disposal free wifi, private parking, yard, garden, barbecue area, sunbeds and parasols. The seating area under the fig tree is ideal for having a relaxing breakfast or enjoying dinner over a beautiful view of the sea .

The beach is a combination of fine sand and pebbles and it is ideal for families with kids and older people because entering the sea is easy as the slope is mild.
