The apartment is located in the town of Podstrana by the sea. Apartment is 9 kilometers from center of the town Split, and 25 kilometers of airport. Apartman has a full capacity of 6 people. It has a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, of which one is an on-suite with king size bed and a balcony and a seaview. The unit also comes with air condition, TV , free wi-fi, free parking lot for guests. The apartment is situated 100 meters from supermarket, two restaurants and 50 meters from the bus station.

We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Vila Four Brother - Luxury Penthouse Suite Jacuzzi

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Complete disinfection of the apartment and privacy guaranteed. Apartment has a separate entrance. In my family house I only rent this apartment. Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.
