Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 4 ensuite bedrooms and all other amenities you can need.
