The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

With a sparkling 12metre pool with glass edge, looking out over the trees and with unhindered views to Mount Coolum and spacious decks, 60m2 undercover open area and beautiful gardens to enjoy during the day and fire-pit for the evenings. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

BOAT SHED- cute cottage easy walk to beach & shops

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
