We’ve provided quality, cotton bed & bath linens, Netflix account (+ other available apps), DVDs & games! This home is thoroughly cleaned & aired out between each guest. Enjoy the fabulous restaurants and town of Sandpoint just minutes away. Just across the road is a lazy river where you can sit and fish, or enjoy the sound and beauty of nature's finest.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Our home is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Beet + Basil, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

Once you get there you can hop on the shuttle and enjoy the scenic ride up the mountain. It is also 1 minute from the Bonner County fairgrounds. Enjoy hiking, skiing and lake activities in Sandpoint. We welcome families, ski teams, and referees to the Mountainview Chalet. It has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and bedroom.
