This clean, comfortable 2100 sqft, unique 2 bedroom Lowcountry home is on the New River surrounded by 1000’s of acres of old rice fields, marshlands and wildlife. It is well appointed with vaulted ceilings and windows galore to capture the view of the water and sunsets. There are 6 decks to sit, sun, grill, dine or swim. This will be our third Airbnb in this community as we love it so much! The home is two bed and two full bath. A lovely single story home that is ADA friendly equipped with a ramp in the back and wheelchair width doors throughout. Conveniently located a short drive from many beaches or downtown Savannah. Within walking distance of downtown Bluffton with tons of awesome galleries, fun shops and amazing food! We have superhost status and strive to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjyable!

Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

Located on Wilmington Island - 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach - but not sure why you would ever want to leave our beautiful view of Half Moon River, Wilmington Island Sound, the barrier islands and the ocean beyond! We rent the bottom floor of our vacation home - it has its own separate entrances. 900 foot dock to walk to the river to fish, look for porpoises or go crabbing. Watch the herons and egrets in the marsh at low tide.
