City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

My apartment is in a 19th century Austro - hungarian building in the town center. It's within 2 minutes walking distance to the main square and the famous UNESCO Euphrasian cathedral. My place is ideal for a lovely romantic escape or for families with bigger kids. It's also very convenient for numerous art and culture venues, restaurants, cafes and bars... You will love this place because of it's artistic atmosphere...

The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.
