Enjoy the morning sunrise from the East and relax by the waterfront and watch the sunset on the West. Bring the family and enjoy some lake life where the days linger on longer. During the Summer months we have a pier available to fish off of. There are two fire pits, one by the lake and another tucked away near the house. You will love it here, it is very calm and relaxing.

Slow down at Fraser Fir log cabin, built in 1958 on Kettle Moraine Lake. In the summer, enjoy quiet moments watching the sun set from the front porch, then relax by the fire pit under a sky full of stars. Fish from the dock, kayak around the lake, or bring your boat to soak up the sun. In the winter, grab your ice-skates or ice-fishing gear and head out on the lake. With countless trails nearby, the hiking options are limitless and beautiful in every season. Your next adventure awaits.

There are three parks and two beaches within a mile, as well as Terry Andrae State Park about 10 minutes away. The Helena House is a charming renovated 1913 Bungalow that features 2 main level bedrooms & bath with a handicap accessible shower, and fully furnished kitchen. The second level is a new spacious master ensuite. Relax on the front porch as you enjoy a view of Lake Michigan. Our home is a couple minute walk to the lake, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. A short 30-minute drive to downtown Milwaukee and 30 miles south of Kohler. The Interurban Trail is easily accessible from our location.

The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy.
