The apartment in the lower level of the home has recently been renovated, with a walk-out private entrance, a full kitchen & dining area, full bath, bedroom and a cozy living space. This 180-year-old historic cabin sits on a beautiful lot, shared with our 1865 three-story home and a two-story carriage house. Ask about renting bikes and a golf cart!

The Zen Den - Centrally Located, Calm and Tranquil

The Zen Den was conceptualized out of a desire to create a calm and peaceful oasis centrally located in the North Hampton neighborhood of St. Louis where parks, cafés, restaurants, and entertainment are only minutes away. The space features modern appliances, contrasted with soft light features and natural building materials, such as reclaimed lumber, to convey a sense of calm and tranquility. Ideal for those guests seeking to retreat at the end of a busy day exploring or remote working.

Peaceful lower level apt in wooded neighborhood

A self contained apartment located in the basement of our home. 2 private entrances, self check-in and check-out. The neighbors in our cul-de-sac are trees and cardinals (the birds not the baseball players.) Quiet enough to work, work, work. Spacious enough to play, play, play. Christian Hospital 6 min, Airport 17 min, Busch Stadium 24 min, Convention Plaza 24 min, Downtown St. Louis 25 min. Very near nature reserves and confluence of Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.

Aunt M's Place

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally-located home. There's plenty to see and do in the Riverbend area of Illinois. This home's proximity to the roads along the Mississippi, as well as the short drive to the Clark bridge or Amtrak station, make for easy access to everything the St. Louis area has to offer. The area is a major stopover for many migratory birds and boasts a number of sites for observing the birds during their travels.

The Historic Garfield Inn

Welcome to the Garfield Inn. A cozy cottage off a brick-lined street in an historic Belleville neighborhood. Coffee, tea, hot cider and chocolate are provided. We are in walking distance to downtown Belleville, and free parking is available. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a barbeque grill, covered back patio, gazebo and lovely gardens. The Studio joins our sister Grafton Getaway locations and is located on 3 acres just 7 minutes from town. Bring the kids for pond fishing and rock play pit or have a couples retreat in this cozy studio home. Walk the property which has fruit trees and a dry creek bed, or enjoy our hammocks, rocking chairs, record player etc that Grafton Getaway Guesthouses are known for. Our Towering Pines rental home is on the other side of driveway.

Treehouse Spa Suite

Treehouse Day Spa is nestled on 3 wooded acres in St.Charles County. Get away from it all while being close to it all at the same time. Augusta wineries, Main Street St. Charles and the Streets of Cottleville are all within minutes of the location! There are two rental units in the treehouse: The spa suite and the penthouse. Private, Bluff-Top Cottage Above Mississippi River

This charming, remodeled cottage is conveniently located between Grafton and Alton, IL on top of the bluff, high above the Mississippi River and the Great River Road. This 2 bedroom cottage is in a private, woodland setting perfect for your bird and wildlife viewing. We have seen many eagles, turkey and deer. Although there is not WiFi in the house, there is a WiFI and River viewing area close by.
